A faculty is a basic organizational unit of the University established for the purpose of organizing, conducting and coordinating the process of education in the fields of study assigned to the primary discipline or disciplines indicated in the act establishing the faculty, later defined as fields of study operated by the faculty.
Postgraduate studies or other forms of education can be provided by a faculty on the basis of provisions regulated by an act, a charter or other internal acts of the University.
