Microsoft 365

In accordance with provisions of the license you are entitled to install Microsoft 365 software on 5 computers, 5 tablets and 5 smart-phones at maximum. You are also entitled to install Microsoft 365 software on private devices which are your property on in your possession for the purpose of performance of professional work for the benefit of the University of Szczecin.
The right to use the software remains in effect for the duration of employment with the University of Szczecin.

E-learning

The University IT Centre makes MOODLE system available to lecturers/educators at the University. MOODLE is an e-learning platform. Administrator of the portal is Konrad Mielko. The system is available at https://e-studia.usz.edu.pl/

Functionality:

• sharing education materials with students,
• conducting tests and examinations (automatic assessment system),
• design works, discussion groups, forums and other,
• integration with MS Teams.

The platform is accessed through logging with university credentials (usz.edu.pl). To begin work with students you must:

1. log into the system;
2. send an on-line ticket.

Prodziekan

A completed and signed form must be sent to the Human Resources Department in order to obtain access to Prodziekan system.

Azure Dev Tools for Teaching

Only students and teaching-scientific staff of the University are eligible for registration in the ADT4T programme.
For the purpose of registration an e-mail address registered under stud.usz.edu.pl or usz.edu.pl domain names is to be used. Microsoft shall verify academic status of the user once every 12 months.
The software downloaded under the ADT4T programme can be installed only on the private computers of students and teaching-scientific staff of the University. The software may also be installed in computer laboratories solely for the purpose of realization of the goals indicated below.

Egeria Edukacja

A completed and signed form must be sent to the Human Resources department in order to obtain access to Egeria Edukacja system.
All scientific and teaching-scientific staff of the University are granted access to the system automatically; the information regarding registration of a new account will be sent to the employee’s e-mail account. Egeria Edukacja system is accessed by using user’s name and password.
E-mail password can be changed individually at https://zmianahasla.usz.edu.pl/ address.
