
The International Relations Department of the University of Szczecin has organized the International Staff Training Week for the ninth time. The aim of such meeting is to establish closer cooperation with international partners, exchange experiences related to the Erasmus+ programme and present the most interesting solutions at our university.
The event lasted from 7 April to 11 April 2025 and was attended by participants from the following partner universities:Concordia University of Edmonton (Canada), University VITEZ (Bosnia and Herzegovina), University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Caucausus University (Georgia), Grigol Robakidze University (Georgia), University of Lagos (Nigeria), University of Rwanda (Rwanda), University of Kelaniya (Sri Lanka), V.N Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukraine) oraz NTU Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (Ukraine). Their mobility was funded under Erasmus+ KA171.
This year we visited, among others: The Doctoral School, the Institute of Biology, NiUS Radio and UNIWIZJA, and the Main Library. International guests took part in the artificial intelligence workshops related to the AI4Uni project as well. Additionally, individual meetings at the IT Department and Project Department were organized.
Staff Weeks are intended for university staff who want to increase their professional competences. This is a type of training mobility, usually financed by the Erasmus+ programme. The University of Szczecin staff may also apply for funding for such training at a selected university abroad. If you are interested, please contact the International Realtions Department.
