    The International Relations Department of the University of Szczecin has organized the International Staff Training Week for the eighth time. The aim of such meeting is to establish closer cooperation with international partners, exchange experiences related to the Erasmus+ programme and present the most interesting solutions at our university.

    The event lasted from 20 May to 24 May 2024 and was attended by participants from the following partner universities: Barleti University (Albania), Technical University of Mombasa (Kenya), University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren (Kosovo), University of Lagos (Nigeria ) and State University of Trade and Economics (Ukraine). This year we visited, among others: The Doctoral School, the art studio of the Institute of Pedagogy, and the Institute of Biology lent us a training room for workshops on artificial intelligence conducted by employees of the IT Department.
    Additionally, participants took part in individual meetings at the Center for Human Structural and Functional Research, the Faculty of Law and Administration, the Main Library and the Institute of Sociology.

    Staff Weeks are intended for university staff who want to increase their professional competences. This is a type of training mobility, usually financed by the Erasmus+ programme. The University of Szczecin staff may also apply for funding for such training at a selected university abroad. If you are interested, please contact the International Realtions Department.
