International Students’ Day is celebrated around the world on November 17th to commemorate the students of Czech universities who were killed and sent to concentration camps by the Nazis in 1939. The day is also a non-political celebration of the multiculturalism of international students and a promotion of diversity and cooperation among international students from around the world.
The University of Szczecin is proud to have a diverse student body, with students from over 60 countries. We believe that international students add vibrancy and richness to our campus community, and we are committed to providing them with a supportive and welcoming environment. We are excited to announce that International Students’ Day will be celebrated on November 16-17, 2023. We are planning plenty of activities, contests, and workshops for our students from around the world. These events will provide an opportunity for international students to come together, share their cultures, and learn from each other.
Come, engage in intercultural dialogue, exchange experiences, and taste dishes from around the world prepared by international students from across the University. Join us for this celebration of multiculturalism and diversity! We hope that all our international students will join us for this celebration of multiculturalism and diversity!
