Prof. Jacek Batóg, Vice-Rector for Finance of the University of Szczecin participated on 15 January 2024 in the Governing Board meeting of the EU-World consortium. The meeting was held at University of Naples “L’Orientale” to set up an European University Initiative Alliance.
The aim of the Alliance is not only to achieve greater integration between institutions of various areas and different traditions, but also to foster dialogue between Europe and non-European cultures, always with the priority of improving the educational paths, enriching the research environment, and ensuring the necessary integration between the academic world and the social context. The consortium was represented by the rectors of the University of Naples “L’Orientale”, University of Bayreuth, University Bordeaux Montaigne (France), University of Hradec Kralove (Czech Republic), University Pablo de Olavide (Spain), University of Szczecin (Poland), University of French Polynesia (French Polynesia), Batman Üniversitesi (Turkey).
