The University of Szczecin Choir received a Silver Diploma at the 12th International Festival and Choral Competition “Cançó Mediterrània 2023” in Lloret de Mar, Catalonia, Spain.
The event was a fantastic meeting of 18 choirs from different parts of the world, including: Slovakia, Venezuela, Indonesia and the Faroe Islands. During the opening ceremony, prof. Anna Tarnowska, the conductor of the University of Szczecin Choir, had the honor of leading all teams in the performance of the Polish national anthem. Our Choir received a Silver Diploma in the Musica Sacra category.
We invite students and employees of the University of Szczecin to sing together in the Choir. The additional hearing date is Monday, 9 October 2023, at 6 pm, Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management at 64, Mickiewicza St., second floor, Aula im. prof. L. Babińskiego.
This wonderful artistic project of the USZ Choir was carried out with the support of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
