    As part of the third edition of the ‘Drink Tap Water’ programme, modern, aesthetic and convenient drinking fountains are available on our university premises. This initiative, implemented by the Water Supply and Sewage Company (ZWiK) in Szczecin with co-financing from the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Szczecin, aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and ecological habits in our community.90% of the water supplied to the drinking fountains comes from Lake Miedwie and undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage treatment process. The quality of the water in each device is systematically monitored and regularly tested by the accredited Central Laboratory of ZWiK, which guarantees its safety and the highest parameters. Locations of drinking fountains at the University of Szczecin:

    • sports hall, 40B, Piastów Ave, building 7, next to the toilets,
    • Faculty of Law and Administration, 17a, Narutowicza St, next to toilet no. 9,
    • Faculty of Social Sciences, 69, Krakowska St, next to room 181 on the first floor,
    • Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management, building A, 8, Cukrowa St, next to toilet 009,
    • SIL building, 8, Cukrowa St, next to the student kitchen,
    • Faculty of Physical, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, 15, Wielkopolska St, next to room 113 on the first floor,
    • Faculty of Physical, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, 16a, Mickiewicza St, next to WC no. 2,
    • Faculty of Social Sciences, 16/17, Ogińskiego St, next to toilet no. 15,
    • Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management, 64 Mickiewicza Street, on the ground floor, next to the ladies’ toilet.

    We encourage you to use the available water dispensers and your own reusable containers (water bottles, glass bottles), which directly contributes to reducing waste on campus.
