On 3 December 2025 we had the honor of hosting His Excellency Mr. Břetislav Dančák, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Warsaw.
During the meeting at the Rector’s Office, the Ambassador, along with his guests – Karolína Ščerbej, Second Secretary of the Embassy’s Political Department, and Martin Směták, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Szczecin – discussed current challenges and directions for the development of higher education in Poland and the Czech Republic. Prof. Waldemar Tarczyński, Rector of the University of Szczecin, members of the Rector’s College, and representatives of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin participated in the discussion.
The Ambassador visited the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, where he met with the Faculty authorities and students. The discussions focused on cooperation with Czech research centers, ongoing projects, and plans for the coming years. The Ambassador also shared his thoughts on contemporary diplomacy and current Polish-Czech relations.
