The University of Szczecin was ranked 55 among the 300 best employers by the Forbes magazine, and 8th among higher education institutions in Poland. It is the highest position among companies from Szczecin that participated in the ranking.
The fifth edition of the “Best Employers” ranking, published annually by Forbes and the Statista research company, was prepared based on the Poland’s Best Employers 2025 Report. The report covered several hundred employers from 25 industries, employing at least 250 people and was created on the basis of anonymous surveys.
The ranking assessed the results of people management strategies implemented by companies, including flexibility and autonomy of employees, taking into account demands related to mental health protection, meeting expectations regarding working conditions (in particular meeting the expectations of employees with little seniority), digitization of job positions (including the use of modern tools), taking care of career development and opportunities to obtain advanced skills.
