The University of Szczecin has expanded its academic group by twenty-seven doctors on 5 December 2024. The conferment ceremonies always have a special character, as they are the nicest touch crowning many years of effort and scientific care of the supervisors.
The event was attended by the University authorities, Directors of Institutes, supervisors, families and friends of the promoted persons. The scientific celebration of the University began with a speech by prof. dr hab. Waldemar Tarczyński, Rector of the University of Szczecin, who emphasized the importance of science and research for the development of society and the role played by young scientists in shaping the future.

Andrzej Skrendo – Vice-Rector for Science, prof. dr hab. Renata Podgórzańska – Vice-Rector for Education, dr hab. Katarzyna Kotarska, prof. US – Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and dr hab. Jacek Batóg, prof. US – Vice-Rector for Finance at the University of Szczecin.
