A World Congress of Young Philologists
The World Congress of Young Philologists is taking place at the University of Szczecin on 15 – 17 May 2025. The University of Szczecin was ranked 55 among the 300 best employers by the Forbes magazine, and 8th among higher education institutions in Poland. It is the highest position among companies from Szczecin that participated in the ranking.

On 8-10 May 2025, the University of Szczecin will host VIII Foro de Lingüística Hispánica – the international conference organized by lecturers in Spanish Philology. Dr hab Monika Lisowska of the Institute of Linguistics of the University of Szczecin is a chairwoman of the organizing committee.
