The University of Szczecin was listed among the 300 best employers by the Forbes magazine, with the highest position among companies from Szczecin that participated in the ranking.
The list was based on the same principles as similar rankings in other European or in the American “Forbes”. The study was conducted in autumn 2022, and companies and institutions employing at least 250 employees in Poland were taken into account. More than 20,000 employees completed the survey. The content partner is Statista.
The survey of respondents covered such areas as:

- Employee relations and management;
- Salary;
- Working conditions and equipment;
- Sustainable development;
- Workload.
