On 6 February Türkiye and Syria were struck by two devastating earthquakes that claimed more than 40 000 lives.The Doctoral School of the University of Szczecin has started a humanitarian aid for people in Türkiye. We share condolences with all people who have been affected by the earthquakes.
We are proud to announce that we have received a huge support from our academic community and inhabitants of Szczecin to collect great amount of donotions in-kind. We mainly collected clothes, baby food, and hygienic products.
We would like to thank everyone who helped us. 24 February is the last day of collection. All donated goods will be send to Türkiye next week.
